Return Policy
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you may submit a request using the “Return item” option in your customer account. Once submitted, your request will be processed in accordance with our returns procedure and you will receive a confirmation.
Return Timeframe
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for Dr Jackson’s to process any refund or exchange.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If your item did not arrive, please contact our customer service team to initiate the refund process. Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2–3 working days after the request has been processed by Dr Jackson’s.
Return Process
You can initiate a return directly through your customer account by selecting the relevant order and clicking “Return item”.
Return eligibility will be assessed based on our returns policy.
