      Return Policy

      Return Timeframe:

      • Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for Dr Jackson’s to process any refund or exchange.

      Refund Processing Time:

      Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If your item didn't arrive, please contact our customer service team to initiate the refund process. Once initiated, we will arrange for the refund to be credited back to your original payment card within 2-3 working days after the refund request has been processed by Dr Jackson’s.
